Inna Taylor – Founder & Community Leader
Inna Taylor is a passionate entrepreneur and community leader whose life’s work centers on connection, inclusion, and compassionate service. Born in 1986 on a military base in Hungary, Inna moved shortly after birth to Kyiv, Ukraine, where she grew up in the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster.
At age 17, after a rebellious period as a punk front singer and rapper, Inna discovered Jesus and dedicated her life to Him, being baptized in the Dnipro River in Kyiv. This transformative moment inspired her lifelong commitment to service, including orphan ministry, youth leadership, and worship music.
Inna earned her Specialist Degree in Information Activity and Documentation from the National Aviation University in Kyiv, which she had translated to U.S. standards as a Bachelor’s degree through ACCRAO. She then pursued graduate-level studies in the United States at Montgomery College, the University of Maryland University College (MBA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management), and Simmons College (Visual Communication).
Inna has extensive hands-on experience in education and ministry: she served 10 years as an Elementary Spanish Teacher and Pre-K Aide at Trinity Christian Academy, followed by 5 years as a full-time Youth Director and Missions Leader. She also co-founded the Hello Summer J‑1 Program in 2012, helping international students and seasonal workers navigate life and work in the United States.
On December 6, 2021, Inna and her husband Andrew officially launched Great Awakening Coffee House, a craft coffee shop rooted in community connection, alongside Changing the World Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to outreach and service. While these are two separate entities, they are deeply connected: step one is coffee, step two is changing the world. Over the past four years, they have hosted over 400 impactful events and served nearly 10,000 guests in 2025, creating spaces for connection, support, and positive impact across Cape Cod and globally, including J‑1 international student programs and humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

"I'm convinced that changing the world one heart at a time starts with my heart, creating a ripple effect through my world and every area of my life – spirit, soul, and body. That transformation flows through me to my family & my community. From my circle of influence to my town, state, country, and the world. I live inspired by Acts 1:8".
- Inna Taylor
Changing the World exists to inform, inspire, & equip our circle of influence to be change-makers for good, one heart at a time. We do this through various social pathways, programs, events, & initiatives providing opportunities for physical, spiritual, & emotional wellness on Cape Cod & beyond.
